Mop Up My Love-Best Ensemble Acting

The awards screening for 48hr 2009 was last Tuesday night and we won best ensemble acting, which I think technically goes to all of us for the rock scene but especially to our actors Holden, Sam and Terri. I think it also reflects the awesome group dynamic that we maintained over the weekend. This last year was kind of an experiment in bare bones production-The cast and crew totaled 9 people, Terri was the only actor we actually lined up in advance and Holden and Sam just jumped in as needed. The whole 48 hours we stayed focused and positive and I think it shows in the final, unaltered 48 hour film. A great time was had by all for the final screening of the movie, and it was an honor to be included alongside all of the high caliber films made for 48 hour film project 2009, San Francisco.

One last time, here where the required elements:

Character: Claude or Claudette Green, Guitarist
Prop: a hat
Line of Dialogue: "I believe anyone can change."
Our Genre: (drawn out of a hat) Buddy Film
and a link to the page with all the final results.

California Academy of Science at Golden Gate Park

I recently had the pleasure of shooting this video for the Cal. Academy of Science's web listing. Especially exciting for me was getting to walk around the living roof outside the area reserved for regular guests(staying on the footpaths of course). I see the building as a model for future developments, not just museums. Next time I visit I plan on spending several hours there and not rushing through to film as much as possible.
